PROOF OF CONCEPT

Proof of concept

Early prototypes grouped as their own tier — independent of the internal clinic tooling and of the research-stage programmes. Listed together because they share a maturity level (working prototype / high-level design), not a clinical domain.

What these are

Two prototypes held at proof-of-concept maturity, listed as one tier rather than as separate near-empty programmes:

  • {clinical-osteoporosis-ai} — decision support across the osteoporosis workup (risk stratification, screening prompts, treatment-selection guidance). Runs on the same multi-agent backbone already validated for Clinical Diabetes AI; this prototype swaps in the bone-health guideline corpus and the osteoporosis workflow.
  • {medical-cos-rag} — a generalisable retrieval-augmented assistant ("Chief-of-Staff") over the research group's internal operations. High-level design: source-document scope, access boundaries (PI + named collaborators), and audit logging are the open deliverables.

Grouped by maturity, not clinical area — the same way the internal-tools tier groups by operational status. Each graduates to its own programme page once it reaches formative testing.
